After having stumbled serrendipitiously on this wonderful article about the Japanese notion of space as well as the book The knowledge Creating Company by Ikujiro Nonaka and Hirotaka Takeuchi that has inspired many companies around the world as well as continous improvement methodologies for tapping into tacit knowledge, I created a workshop for helping organizations think of themselves as spaces.
